I'm a shipping policy. I'm a great place to add more information about your shipping methods, packaging and cost. Providing straightforward information about your shipping policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy from you with confidence.

By placing an order with MK Inspired Boutique / Rae + Co Wholesale, you agree to the following terms:

Due to the nature of our products (including preorder, custom, and boutique items), all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size selection

• Shipping delays once the order has been placed

• Preorder/custom items once submitted to production

📦 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the item + packaging

Once approved, we will:

• Replace the item (if available), OR

• Issue store credit or refund at our discretion

Items must be unused and in original condition.

🔁 RETURN APPROVAL (IF APPLICABLE)

If a return is approved:

• Item must be shipped back within 5 business days

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

⏳ TURNAROUND TIME (TAT) + SHIPPING

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Many items are preorder/custom and have extended TAT (ex: 3–8+ weeks)

• TAT refers to production + arrival to us, not delivery to you

• Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs

• Carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

• Weather or global supply chain issues

📬 LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked delivered, we are no longer responsible.

We recommend contacting your local carrier for resolution. Refunds/replacements are not guaranteed for these situations.

🚫 CHARGEBACKS + PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you agree:

• You will contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a dispute

• Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy

We vigorously dispute all chargebacks and provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Order confirmations

• Shipping confirmation + tracking

• Agreement to this policy at checkout

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Being banned from future purchases

• Submission to collections for recovered losses
