Orders ship within 2–4 business days (unless marked as a preorder). You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships. Track via Shop Pay or your tracking number. We always choose priority shipping to ensure packages are insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped.

For pickups in Gatlinburg (Pittman Center) or Kodak, please allow 8–12 hours’ notice. Once you receive your pickup notification, it's your responsibility to arrange pickup.

We’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns. Store credit only - within 72 hours of delivery - unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom items are not returnable unless it was our mistake
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.

All items are custom made by hand—no two are exactly alike. 90% of tees are handmade (excluding embroidery). Orders are created based on your invoice details, so please double-check all info before paying. There are no returns or exchanges on handmade items unless an error is made on our end.
